Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice

Version 1.0.0

Effective and Last Updated: August 21, 2026

1. What This Notice Covers

This notice supplements the Alli Care Privacy Policy for consumer health data subject to Nevada, Connecticut, and other applicable state laws. Washington consumers should also read our separate Washington Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.

2. Data, Sources, and Processing

We process medication and reminder information; wellness check-ins and routines; enabled health-related communications, media, and task-verification recordings; health-related summaries and inferences; and account, care-network, device, and integration information linked to those categories.

Sources include you, a person you authorize, an organization authorized to provide the service, Alli devices and apps while enabled features are active, integrations you connect, and processors acting on our instructions. We store, transmit, organize, analyze, and delete this information as needed to provide requested reminders, coordination, verification, communications, summaries, security, and support.

Optional wake-word improvement audio and its linked QA/source records are retained for no more than 30 days. Only after manual review and labeling may an approved WAV be converted into a numeric training representation. We then delete the WAV and all contributor/source links. The anonymous representation retains only its wake-word class, positive-or-negative label, technical format and shape, and numeric values for up to 24 months. We keep no record that maps it to a contributor, account, device, or source capture and do not attempt reidentification.

3. Recipients and Purposes

We disclose data only as needed to authorized care-network members; cloud, storage, security, support, communications, and infrastructure processors; Google (Gemini) and OpenAI for requested AI processing; integrations you enable; and recipients required by law. HomeRobot Intelligence LLC is the affiliated marketplace publisher but does not independently use Alli Care account or care data.

We do not sell consumer health data, use it for targeted advertising, or allow third-party advertising tools to collect it across websites or online services. Meta, TikTok, and similar advertising tools are restricted to reviewed public marketing pages and do not receive Alli Care account, medication, care, recording, transcript, or consumer-health data.

4. Consent and Withdrawal

Where consent is required, Alli Care presents a separate affirmative choice describing the categories, purposes, recipient categories, and withdrawal method. General acceptance of the Terms or Privacy Policy is not treated as consent when applicable law requires a separate choice. You may withdraw through in-app privacy settings or a privacy request. Withdrawal stops future consent-based processing but does not undo processing already completed or processing independently permitted by law.

5. Your Requests and Appeals

Depending on applicable law, you may confirm processing, access data, obtain recipient information, correct inaccurate data, stop future collection or sharing, withdraw consent, request deletion, and appeal a refusal.

Use our Health Data & Privacy Requests page, available in-app controls, or support@allicare.life. We authenticate requests securely. We generally respond within 45 days. For an authenticated Nevada consumer-health-data deletion request, we target deletion from active systems and recipient notification within 30 days; backup deletion may take longer where Nevada law permits. Appeals receive a written response within 45 days.

6. Changes

We will notify affected consumers of material changes. We will obtain a new affirmative choice before collecting additional consumer-health-data categories, adding incompatible purposes, or sharing with additional recipient categories when applicable law requires it.
