Safety & Privacy

Built for trust, explained plainly

Bringing Alli into a home is a big decision. Here is what Alli does with your information, in plain language, without the legal jargon.

What Alli sees and hears

Alli is built for proactive care, not constant monitoring. The camera and microphone are not always recording.

Audio or video is captured only for an enabled interaction, such as a task session, requested voice conversation, inspection, or separately opted-in wake-up improvement clip. It is not intended as continuous household recording.

Alli does not keep audio recordings of normal conversations.

Who can access it

Only the people you personally invite can see the information. Access is tied to the accounts you approve.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.

Where your data lives

Your data is stored securely, with restricted access and protection in transit and at rest.

You can request deletion at any time.

The controls you have

You decide who is invited and what features are on. You can change those choices at any time from the Alli Care app.

You can request full deletion of your account and data whenever you want.

Keeping everyone safe

Alli is designed to support care, not replace it. It is not a medical device or a substitute for emergency services.

In an emergency, always call your local emergency number.
