Washington Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Version 1.0.0

Effective and Last Updated: August 21, 2026

1. Scope

This policy explains how Alli Care, Inc. collects, uses, and shares consumer health data covered by Washington's My Health My Data Act. It is separate from our general Privacy Policy.

2. Consumer Health Data We Collect

  • Medication and reminder information: medication names, dosage or instruction text, schedules, reminder completion, and feedback entered by a user or authorized care-network member.
  • Wellness and routine information: check-ins, observations, daily routines, task status, and information indicating whether a requested care or wellness activity occurred.
  • Health-related communications and media: voice or text interactions, transcripts, photos, video, or task-verification recordings when a user enables a feature that needs them.
  • Health-related inferences: summaries, patterns, and other outputs produced from the information above to provide requested reminders, coordination, and insights.
  • Account, care-network, and device information linked to health data: identifiers, roles, relationships, device events, and timestamps needed to associate information with the correct user and authorized care network.

3. Why We Collect and Use It

  • Provide medication and other user-requested reminders.
  • Coordinate information among authorized care-network members.
  • Verify enabled tasks and create requested summaries or wellness views.
  • Process user-requested voice, text, photo, and video interactions.
  • Authenticate users, maintain security, troubleshoot, prevent fraud, and provide support.
  • Comply with law and honor privacy requests.

We do not sell consumer health data or use it for targeted advertising. Optional wake-word improvement samples are governed by a separate, optional choice and are not required to use wake-word detection. Audio and its linked QA/source records are retained for no more than 30 days. Only after manual review and labeling may an approved WAV be converted into a numeric training representation. We then delete the WAV and all contributor/source links. The anonymous representation retains only its wake-word class, positive-or-negative label, technical format and shape, and numeric values for up to 24 months. We keep no record that maps it to a contributor, account, device, or source capture and do not attempt reidentification.

4. Sources

We collect consumer health data from the consumer; an adult family member with permission or other lawful authority; Alli Home and Alli Care while an enabled feature is active; integrations the user chooses to connect; and service providers acting on our instructions.

5. Sharing

Depending on the feature a user requests, we may share the categories listed above with:

  • Authorized care-network members according to account roles and user instructions.
  • Cloud hosting, storage, security, support, communication, and infrastructure processors.
  • Google (Gemini) and OpenAI when needed to provide user-requested AI interactions or task verification.
  • A connected service or smart-home platform the user deliberately enables.
  • Government authorities or other recipients when legally required or necessary to protect rights and safety.

Specific affiliate: HomeRobot Intelligence LLC is under common ownership with Alli Care and is the marketplace publisher and technical licensor for the mobile applications. Alli Care does not share account or care data with HomeRobot Intelligence LLC for its independent use. It may receive limited app-marketplace diagnostic, crash, download, or transaction reports solely to support distribution.

6. Your Rights

You may ask whether we collect, share, or sell your consumer health data; access it; receive a list of third parties and affiliates with whom it was shared; withdraw consent for future collection or sharing; or request deletion. A deletion request is sent to applicable processors, contractors, affiliates, and other recipients as required by law.

Submit a request through our Health Data & Privacy Requests page, through available in-app privacy settings, or by emailing support@allicare.life. We authenticate requests using information associated with an existing account or other commercially reasonable methods. You do not have to create a new account.

If we refuse a request, you may appeal through the same request page or by replying to our decision. We generally respond within 45 days, subject to a legally permitted extension. Backup deletion may be delayed only as permitted by applicable law.
